The Galaxy S23 Ultra will be available in three colours including Phantom Black, Green and Cream. The device will also be available in four exclusive colours- Red, Graphite, Lime and Sky Blue -only on Samsung.com. It will come in three variants such as 12GB + 256GB priced at Rs 1,24,999, 12GB + 512GB at Rs 1,34,999 and 12GB + 1TB at Rs 1,54,999.
The Galaxy S23+ comes in Phantom Black and Cream colours. It will be available in two variants including 8GB + 256GB and 8GB + 512GB priced at Rs 94,999 and Rs 1,04,999, respectively.
As for the Galaxy S23, it will be available for purchase in four colourways such as Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender. You can get the 8GB + 128GB model for Rs 74,999 and the 8GB + 256GB model for Rs 79,999.

Samsung has announced its Galaxy S23 series consisting of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+ and the Galaxy S23. The new lineup is more of an incremental upgrade over last year’s Galaxy S22 series.
The leader of the trio is the Galaxy S23 Ultra which has Gorilla Glass Victus 2, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy and much more. Read on to know more about the three new additions to Samsung’s S-series lineup.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S23 comes in three variants including 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 8GB + 512GB. It comes in Phantom Black, Green, Cream, and Lavender colour options.
The Galaxy S23 has a 6.1-inch FHD+ (2,340 x 1,080 pixels) AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It supports HDR10+ and has a Pixel density of 422 PPI. The refresh rate of the display can change dynamically between 48 Hz and 120 Hz.
Galaxy S23 camera setup comprises of a 50MP primary wide camera with f/1.8 aperture, multi-directional PDAF and OIS. Then there’s a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x Optical Zoom support, an f/2.4 aperture, OIS, PDAF and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 Aperture and 120-degree FoV. Next, it has a 12MP f/2.2 front-facing camera.
It runs on a 3,900mAh battery and offers 25W wired and 15W wireless charging. As for the software, the S23 runs on OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13 out of the box. The display on the Galaxy S23 Ultra is a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x curved panel with up to 120Hz refresh rate support, 3088 x 1440 pixels resolution, 240Hz touch sampling rate, Eye comfort shield, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and up to 1750 nits of peak brightness. Further, there’s an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the panel.
The device is powered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset, same as the other two Galaxy S23 series smartphones. The custom Chipset has more than 40% faster GPU and NPU exclusively optimised for the Galaxy.
Then for optics, you get a quad-camera setup at the rear, including a 200 MP ISOCELL HP2 primary wide camera with dual pixel AF, f/1.7 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide camera with 120-degree FoV, f/2.2 aperture, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x Optical Zoom support, f/2.4 aperture and another 10MP telephoto sensor with 10x optical zoom support and f/4.9 aperture. In addition, there’s a 12MP front sensor with an f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls. The Galaxy S22 Ultra had a 40MP sensor in comparison.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra packs a 5000mAh battery which supports 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging as well. As for the software, the S23 Ultra will run on OneUI 5.1 based on Android 13.
Additional features include S-Pen support housed inside the slot below the S23 Ultra. Further, both the S-Pen and the phone are IP68 water and dust resistant as well. Connectivity options on the device include UWB support, Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi Direct.
