Samsung is reportedly working to completely overhaul the design of its latest Galaxy A series. The latest live pictures leak of the upcoming Galaxy A8+ (2018) suggest refreshed design language and the addition of a dual-selfie camera.
The live pictures were leaked on Chinese micro-blogging site, Weibo, and it reveals that the smartphone will bear a model number SM-A730F/DS and it will be officially named as Galaxy A8+ (2018). The leaked images reveal that the smartphone will bear a bezel-less display and it will surely utilise the same Infinity display, which we have seen in the Galaxy S8/S8+ and Galaxy Note 8.
Interestingly, the smartphone also boasts a dual-selfie camera, which could mean that this will company’s first phone in the A series to feature a dual-camera setup. With this, the company is planning to adopt the latest display trend to its mid-range segment as well. However, it would be interesting to see whether the brand will be able to compete with OnePlus 5T, which features a similar display, but it is certainly a powerhouse in terms of specifications and performance.
Earlier, press renders of the Galaxy A7 (2018) were leaked online that reveal bezel-less display and more. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) was previously spotted on Geekbench. The listing reveals that the smartphone has scored 1490 in a single-core test, while in the multi-core test, the phone has managed to score 4172.
