Update 15/05/2023: As per new leaks, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G has now been spotted on the company’s India website. The tipster behind the leak adds that the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r will most likely launch alongside the smartphone. The appearance of the smartphone on the brand’s official website suggests that the Nord 3 India launch is imminent.

OnePlus has confirmed that it is launching a new smartphone on March 7 at 2:30 PM (local time) in China, and it is called the OnePlus Ace 2V. Ahead of the launch, the brand has unveiled how the OnePlus Ace 2V will look via a teaser video and official renders. Reports online also suggest that this device could also be the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3 for India, which also means that they should ideally look the same.
The OnePlus Ace 2V will arrive in shades of Black Rock and Celadon Glaze (green). In the teaser video, the handset can be seen having a flat display with a centrally aligned punch-hole, housing the front camera. The top of the phone has three holes, alongside a speaker grille, and even an IR blaster.
The right spine has the power button and the OnePlus-exclusive Alert Slider while the left has the volume rockers. The bottom EDGE of the phone has a SIM slot, a microphone, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille. This also means that the device will have a dual speaker setup.
At the back, one can notice that two cameras are housed inside a single camera ring while the primary camera has its own separate ring. Then, there are two LED flash units which is quite unusual. Apart from that, OnePlus is yet to confirm the key specifications of the device.
However, leaks have already spilled beans over the specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3, as per which it will have a 6.72-inch 120Hz AMOLED Display with a full-HD+ resolution. It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC and will have a triple rear camera setup.
This includes a 50-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2 Megapixel macro sensor. On the front, there will be a 16MP camera sensor for selfies. The device runs on OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box. It will be backed by a 5000mAh battery with 80W Fast charging support. Further, the phone will also include an in-display fingerprint scanner.
