The America-based car maker, Ford, has today announced its new compact utility vehicle in India.
Dubbed as the Ford Freestyle, the car will be launched in the second quarter of the year.
The Diesel variant packs 1.5-litre diesel engine at 100PS of power and 215Nm of a peak torque, which is operated by a 5-speed manual transmission.
The compact crossover spots a hexagonal mesh grille, conventional LED Headlamps, fog lamps and a sharp-edged bumper and bonnet, which adds a sporty look.
it runs on 185/60 R15 tyres and features four twin-spoke alloys with a darker finish.
The touchscreen is compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Ford’s SYNC3 connectivity system and much more.
Inside the cabin, the Ford Freestyle has a floating 6.5-inch touchscreen display similar to the EcoSports.
The cross-hatch is powered by a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine which generates 96 PS of power with 120Nm of maximum torque.
