Xiaomi Mi 7 case renders leaked, confirms dual rear cameras

Xiaomi Mi 7 is said to feature a 5.6-inch display with 1440 x 2880 pixel resolution and powered by Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU.

Xiaomi is expected to launch its upcoming flagship Mi 7 smartphone on May 23 in China. Now before the speculated unveiling, the now images of a protective TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) case of the Mi7 have surfaced online. Thre cases have revealed the design features of the upcoming smartphone.

As per the leaked case images via GizmoChina, the Xiaomi Mi 7 will feature dual rear cameras which are aligned vertically on the top left corner of the phone. Based on this case, the Xiaomi Mi 7 will have its power button and volume rocker buttons on the right side.

There is a cut out for the 3.5mm on the bottom along with Type C port confirming its presence on the device. At the top edge, there is only an opening for the IR blaster.

Recently a couple of display panel images of Xiaomi Mi 7 leaked which confirmed that the smartphone will be featuring the famous iPhone X notch design. Lei Jun, Xiaomi Founder has already confirmed that Mi 7 smartphone will come with an under-display fingerprint scanner.

As per earlier reports, the Mi 7 will be sporting Qi wireless charging. Itwill arrive with the fast wireless charging of 7.5W level. Currently, this 7.5W wireless charging is the same as used in iPhone X, 8 and 8 Plus flagship smartphones. The 7.5W wireless charging speed is half the speed of the latest Qi 1.2 standards.

The rumoured specifications of Mi 7 include a 5.6-inch display with 1440 x 2880 pixel resolution, Snapdragon 845 with Adreno 630 GPU, 8.0 Oreo running MIUI 9, 64GB/128GB of internal capacity, 6GB/8GB RAM, non-removable 4480mAh battery with quick charge, 16-megapixel dual rear camera with dual tone flash and 13-megapixel front camera.
