Here we have listed five best Android smartphones that come with more than 4GB RAM. Note that there are more than a dozen of smartphones with 4 GB RAM but we have carefully selected these five on the basis of their features.

As far as specifications are concerned, the OnePlus 3T features a 5.5 inches Full HD Optic-AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Chipset clocked at 2.35GHz, along with Adreno 530 GPU. Both the 64GB and 128 GB variants have 6GB RAM. The device runs on Oxygen OS based on Android Marshmallow.
On the camera front, the OnePlus 3T sports the 16-megapixel sensor on its back as well as on its front panel. The OnePlus 3T also comes with a fingerprint scanner, which is embedded into the home button and has Type C port as well. The smartphone is backed up by a 3400 mAh non-removable battery with Dash Charge support. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and GPS/Glonass. Samsung had launched its C series smartphone with 6GB RAM – Galaxy C9 Pro in India earlier this year. The smartphone is priced at Rs 36,900 and is available across all retail channels. The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone comes in two colour variants – Black and Gold.
The smartphone features a metal unibody and a 6-inch display with full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 653 (4 x 1.95GHz + 4 x 1.44GHz) Processor and Adreno 510 GPU. The phone has a 6GB RAM, 64GB Internal Memory which is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery with Fast charging technology. The device also features a fingerprint sensor in the home button.
For the optics, the device has a 16-megapixel shooter on the back with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.9 Aperture and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Micromax has just recently launched Micromax Dual 5 with 4GB RAM at Rs 24,999. It will be available via Flipkart, Micromax e-Store and through offline stores starting April 10, 2017. The main highlight of the device is the dual rear camera setup having two 13-megapixel sensors, one being a Monochrome sensor and one being a regular RGB sensor. Another unique feature of the Micromax Dual 5 is its security.

Xiaomi had launched Xiaomi Redmi 4 with 4GB RAM earlier this year. The device is priced at Rs 9,999 for 2GB RAM + 32GB internal storage, Rs 10,999 for 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage and Rs 12,999 for 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage and will come in Dark Grey, Black and Gold colour options.
As far as specifications of Redmi Note 4 is concerned, it comes with a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) 2.5D curved glass display and a 2.0 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU. The hybrid dual SIM smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating and has a 4100 mAh battery. In terms of design, the smartphone is near identical to the Redmi Note 3 with a fingerprint scanner at the back.
Further, the smartphone offers a 13-megapixel Autofocus rear camera with dual tone LED flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel front camera. On the connectivity front, the device offers 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), GPS with AGS/GLONASS and USB Type C. The handset measures 151 x 76 x 8.35mm and weighs 175 grams.
Honor 6X
Huawei’s sub brand Honor had launched Honor 6X smartphone in India earlier this year for Rs 12,999 for the 3GB RAM variant and Rs 15,999 for 4GB RAM variant. The smartphone is available exclusively via Amazon India.

The main highlight of the device is the dual-camera setup at the back. The device features a combination of a 12-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. The set up comes with phase detection autofocus (PDAF), LED flash etc. At the front, there is an 8-megapxel sensor for selfies. The rear camera setup on the Honor 6X is more like the one we saw in HTC One M8. The set up lets you dig into and play with shallow depth of field and one can change the focus of an image post clicking it.
As far as other specifications are concerned, Honor 6X runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI v4.1 on top. Other than that, it comes with a 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) full-HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass protection.
