The Xiaomi Redmi Y2 smartphonewas launched in India at a starting price of Rs 9,999 in Gold, Rose Gold and Dark Grey colour options. Now the Redmi Y2 has been launched in yet two another colours of Mesmerising Blue and Stunning Black.

Both the colour variants will be available for sale on Amazon India and Mi.com tomorrow at 12 PM at a starting price of Rs 9,999. With the new colour addition, the Xiaomi Redmi Y2 will now be available in five different colours.
The Xiaomi Redmi Y2 is priced at Rs 9,999 for the 3GB and 32GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant will cost you Rs 12,999.

To recall the specs of Xiaomi Redmi Y2, the device features a 5.99-inch HD+ display with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Armed with a 2GHz Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with Adreno 506 GPU, the smartphone comes with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. Both variants are expandable up to 256GB via microSD. The Redmi Y2 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and it has 3,080 mAh battery. The phone features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.
On the camera front, the Redmi Y2 comes equipped with dual rear camera of 12-megapixel primary camera with PDAF, LED Flash and 5-megapixel secondary camera for AI portrait shots. For the front, the device has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The smartphone offers various connectivity features like dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and a Micro USB port. It measures 160.73 x 77.26 mm x 8.1 mm and weighs 170g.
