Earlier today, Xiaomi slashed the prices of its Mi LED TVs in India, thus making the television range available for a starting price of Rs 12,499. The Chinese manufacturer has now unveiled the Mi Laser Projector Lite in China that can project to up to 200 inches in Full HD. The Xiaomi Mi Laser Project Lite will be available for an asking price of 2,199 yuan (approx. Rs 22,500).
The lighter variant to the original Mi Laser Projector features a narrow and tall frame with a white square-ish body and fray front. The projector comes with an OSRAM P1W/A lamp bead that can reach a brightness of up to 800 ANSI. The device renders support for HDR10 high dynamic range video decoding and can project an image with a Resolution of 1080p.
The Mi Laser Projector Lite features dual 10-watt 2-inch speakers with dual passive film audio and support for Dolby audio and DTS sound effects. The projector will run on Xiaomi’s MIUI TV interface and will work with voice control support.
The Mi Laser Projector Lite will be able to project from 40 to 200 inches at Full HD 1080p. The device as Xiaomi says will offer 30,000 hours of usage, meaning it can be used for years in the long run. The laser projector equips an HDMI port, a USB port and an AUX Port for connectivity and weighs in at 1.3 kgs.
The Xiaomi Mi Laser Projector Lite will be available for purchase for an asking price of 2,199 yuan (approx. Rs 22,500).
