Xiaomi has today announced the launch of its latest fitness Band in India. Dubbed as Mi Band 3i, the fitness band comes with a price tag of Rs 1,299 and it will be available for pre-orders starting from November 21 on the company’s official website.
The successor of Mi Band HRX comes loaded with a slew of upgrades over its predecessor. The fitness band comes with a 0.78-inch AMOLED Monochrome display, which is also touch supported. The Mi Band 2i comes loaded with a 110mAh battery, which the company claims can last up to 20 days of usage.
The Mi Band 3i also allows users to view notifications directly on the band and it is loaded with Find Device option, which enables detection of a paired smartphone directly from the band. Mi Smart Band 3i is Water-resistant up to 5ATM (50 metres in depth for 10 minutes), making it safe to be used while swimming and in showers.
The fitness band comes with step and calorie counter and it allows users to track activities like running, walking, cycling and treadmill. The fitness band also comes loaded with sleep quality monitor that tracks data on deep sleep and light sleep.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 11 to its older Redmi Note 5 smartphone. The stable MIUI 11update has the build number MIUI v11.0.2.0 and it is 493MB in size. The update, however, is still based on Android Pie and not on latest Android 10. If you are a Redmi Note 5 user, you can check for the MIUI 11 update on your phone by following this path: Settings > About phone > System update.
