Xiaomi launched Mi A2 smartphone in India in 4GB variant for Rs 16,999. During the launch, the company had also announced that 6GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant but only 4GB variant was made available for purchase. Now Xiaomi has listed the 6 GB RAM edition of the Mi A2 in India on its official website and Mi Store app.
The Mi A2 6GB RAM variant has beenlisted on Xiaomi India’s website with a price tag of Rs 19,999. The 4GB RAM variant is now currently available for purchase at Rs 14,999. The 6 GB RAM variant of the Mi A2 is listed in Black, Blue, Gold and Red colours. The 4GB RAM variant comes in Black, Blue, Gold, Red and Rose Gold colours.
Even though the Xiaomi Mi A2 is now listed on the website, the sales of the phone have not started yet. But since it is listed on the official website, we expect it to go on sale in India soon.
To recap the specs, the Android One phone comes with a 5.99-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is armed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Chipset along with Adreno 512 GPU. It has a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The smartphone has a dual-camera setup at the back with a combination of 12-megapixel primary sensor with Sony IMX486 sensor, f/1.75 Aperture and 1.25-micron pixel size and a 20-megapixel secondary sensor with Sony IMX376 sensor, f/1.75 aperture and 1.0-micron pixel size. The smartphone has a 20-megapixel front camera with 1.0-micron pixel size, f/2.2 aperture.
The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and it features pure Android experience and is backed by a 3010mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 Fast charging support. The connectivity features include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 802.11ac, GPS and USB Type-C port. The device measures 158.70 x 7.30 x 75.40mm and weighs 168 grams
