The Xiaomi Mi 7 smartphone has been subjected to numerous leaks in the past and now, YouTube channel – Science and Knowledge has leaked renders of the Xiaomi Mi 7 smartphone. Recently, a screenshot leaked of the alleged Mi 7 online revealing some key specifications. The specs are in line with previously leaked rumours.
The channel has posted the video which shows full-view display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Furthermore, the renders also show dual rear camera setup in the device. The video also throws light on the specifications of Mi 7 which includes a 5.6-inch display with 1440 x 2880 pixel resolution, Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno 630 GPU, Android 8.0 Oreo running MIUI 9, 64GB/128GB of internal capacity, 6GB/8GB RAM, non-removable 4480mAh battery with quick charge, 16-megapixel dual rear camera with dual tone LED flash and 13-megapixel front camera. The video has also revealed the expected pricing of Mi 7 which is $465 in the US and Rs 29,800 in India. Further, as per the video, Xioami Mi 7 might launch between April and May 2018.
The recent screenshot revealed that the Mi 7 will sport a 5.65-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The screenshot also reveals that the smartphone will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor and it will be backed by a massive 8GB of RAM. The phone will also feature a 128GB of storage. On the camera front, the smartphone features a dual-camera setup with a combination of 16-megapixel sensors. Lastly, the smartphone will come loaded with a 4,480mAh battery, which is an upgrade over the Mi 6’s 3,350mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the upcoming smartphone from Xiaomi is turning out to be a promising device. The phone is alreadyreported to ditch the fingerprint reader to feature an on-screen fingerprintsensor. Thedevice is also reported to come loaded with some AI features as well. The AI-assisted Snapdragon 845 Chipset will power the dual rear cameras of Mi 7 for photography just like Huawei Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro that are powered by AI-assisted Kirin 970 chipset.
