Xiaomi Black Shark 2 hands-on photo leaked

Black Shark 2 features a vertically aligned dual rear camera setup on the top left along with the LED flash.

Xiaomi’s Black Shark gaming phone was launched in April last year followed by Black Shark Helo launch in October. Now the company is expected to launch another gaming smartphone in April this year. A hands-on image of the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 (name not confirmed yet) has surfaced online which has revealed the rear design of the device.

As per the leaked image, the Black Shark 2 features a vertically aligned dual rear camera setup on the top left along with the LED flash. There is also the Black Shark logo also at the back. The rear, however, does not feature a fingerprint scanner. So, it is likely that the Black Shark 2 will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor.

As per the source that posted this image, the Black Shark 2 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and it will support 27W fast charging. Xiaomi recently launched Mi 9 with 27W fast-charging It is further revealed that the device will have a tiny bottom bezel – around 5 mm.

In January, a device codenamed Black Shark Skywalker was spotted on the Geekbench on-line database. As per the listing, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip and 8GB of RAM. It’s likely to be the new Black Shark. The device being tested was running 9 Pie and achieved scores of 3,494 from the single core test and 11,149 from the multi-core test.

To recall specs of Black Shark Helo Gaming Phone, it features a 6.01-inch Full with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The phone is powered by a 2.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with Adreno 630 GPU. The gaming smartphone is backed by a 6GB/8GB/10GB of RAM with 128GB/256GB of internal storage. It has dual-camera setup with a configuration of a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 20-megapixel secondary shooter. For the front, there is a 20-megapixel selfie camera. The phone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed by a 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support.
