Telecom operator Vodafone has revised its prepaid plan of Rs 255. The plan now comes with more data benefits for a validity of 28 days.
The Vodafone Rs 255 prepaid plan earlier used to offer 2GB per day. Now the same plan offers 2.5GB of data per day apart from unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS messages per day. The users now get 500MB 4G/ 3G data more on a daily basis, i.e a total of 70GB data throughout the entire 28 days validity.
Apart from calling and SMS, the telco is also offering Vodafone Play subscription to the customers allowing them to watch Live TV, Movies and over 10,000 shows.
The Vodafone Rs 255 prepaid plan competes with the likes of Airtel Rs 299 prepaid plan and Reliance Jio Rs 198 plan. The Airtel plan offers 2.5GB data per day along with unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day. It also comes bundled with free Amazon Prime membership for 28 days.
With Rs 198 plan, Reliance Jio users will get 56GB of data with a daily limit of 2GB per day along with unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS per day and complimentary subscription for Jio suite of apps. All this with a validity of 28 days. Like Airtel and Vodafone, Reliance Jio is not providing any prepaid plan with 2.5GB daily data plans.
