After recently revamping its two postpaid RED plans in India, Vodafone has today announced a new plan under RED postpaid plans. The new plan is priced at Rs 299 and is called Vodafone RED basic plan. The said plan is the cheapest of all RED postpaid plans.
The new plan will offer Vodafone users 20GB of data per month and it comes with rollover data up to 50GB. Further, users will get unlimited voice calls on local and STD networks along with free national Roaming and 100 SMS messages (local and STD).
The pack also comes with free one year of subscription of Vodafone Play. It is to be noted that the plan is available via MyVodafone App only and it is not listed on Vodafone’s website.
The brand has reintroduced the RED 399 plan as RED Entertainment and RED 499 plan as RED Entertainment+. Both the plans now offer more data along with other benefits. Both the packs also comes with one year of free Amazon Prime subscription. Further, users will also get free subscription of Vodafone Play and along with Mobile shield that protects your smartphone from theft and damage.
Meanwhile, Vodafone has recently rolled out a new feature that will allow its users to know when their daily FUP limit is over. The company will showcase the ‘Display Usage Alert’ to its prepaid users on unlimited prepaid packs that come with the daily data limit.
Vodafone will start displaying a warning whenever a user completes the daily FUP limit. Users will see the warning page whenever he/she tries to open any website. Users will be redirected to a new page that shows ‘Data Usage Alert’ and will prompt USSD code to get additional data for the day.
