Vivo may launch a Z-series smartphone in India soon. Today, the company has posted a teaser on its official Twitter handle, which hints towards, the imminent Lunch of Vivo Z-series smartphone in India.
The teaser shows white and black strips with _EBRA written on it, which has ‘Z’ alphabet missing and the post reads ‘We sense that something is missing here. Do you?’
Update: Now the company has posted a series of teasers where ‘Z’ alphabets are missing in words like PI__A (PIZZA), _IG _AG (ZIGZAG), HORI_ON (HORIZON).
Recently, Vivo has launched Vivo Z5x smartphone in China, which could be the phone, the company is planning to launch in India as well. In China, the smartphone was launched in four variants, the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage option has a price tag of 1398 Yuan (approx Rs 14,032), the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage variant is priced at 1498 Yuan (approx Rs 15,036), for 6GB RAM with 128GB storage one has to pay 1698 Yuan (approx Rs 17,043), while 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage one has to shell out 1998 Yuan (approx Rs 20,054).
As far as specifications are concerned, the Vivo Z5x has a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and comes armed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Processor along with Adreno 616 GPU. The phone has an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, the Vivo Z5x comes with triple rear camera setup with a combination of a 16-megapixel sensor with f/1.78 aperture, 8-megapixel Wide-Angle lens with f/2.2 Aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The phone features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock as well. The smartphone runs on Android Pie and backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charger support. On the connectivity front, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, micro USB and Dual-SIM support. The phone measures 162.39 x 77.33 x 8.85 mm and weighs 204 grams.
