Vivo has launched the new variant of Vivo Y3 smartphone which comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone is now listed on Vivo China website for sale at a price tag of 1098 Yuan (approximately Rs 11,006)and comes in two colour options -Ink Blue and Yan Yuhong (Dark Red). The company earlier launched the smartphone with 4GB of RAM with 128GB of onboard storage, which was priced at 1498 Yuan (now retailing at 1298 Yuan) and6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at 1,598 Yuan.
Vivo Y3 has a 6.35-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1544 x 720 pixels, waterdrop notch design, 19.3:9 aspect ratio, and 89 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The smartphone comes equipped with an octa-core MediaTek (MT6765) P35 processor and phone also comes with an option to expand the storage up to 256GB via microSD card.
For the optics, it carries a triple rear camera module with a 13-megapixel as the primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with 120-degree field of view, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The camera features include PDAF ultrafast phase focusing, Super wide-angle, beauty, professional mode, panoramic and backlit photo. On the front, it comes loaded with 16-megapixel snapper with an f/2.0 aperture. The Vivo Y3 employs a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and also supports the Face Unlock feature.
The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie based on Funtouch OS 9 and gets its juices from a 5000mAh battery with 9V2A dual-engine flash charging. The connectivity options include VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS-AGPS, GLONASS, MicroUSB port and 3.5mm Headphone jack. The Vivo Y3 measures 159.43 x 76.77 x 8.92mm and weigh around 190.5 grams.
