Samsung Galaxy A71 and A51 smartphones are likely to be launched soon in India as both the phones have been certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) in India. The appearance on the BIS indicates that smartphones could be debuting in India in the near future.
The listing first spotted by NashVilleChatterClass revealed that the rumored Galaxy A71 has battery model number EB-BA715ABY whereas the Galaxy A51 has EB-BA515ABY battery. The exact capacities of these batteries are not known at the moment.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 with model number SM-A715F appeared on Benchmarking site Geekbench recently. As per the GeekBench listing, the Galaxy A71 features 8GB of RAM and is powered by a Qualcomm ‘sm6150’ motherboard which is none other than the Snapdragon 675 chipset.
The Samsung phone runs on Android 10 OS out of the box. In the single-core test, the phone scored 2540 points and it scored 7081 in the multi-core test, in the listing. The phone can come in Pink, Blue, Black and Silver colour variants. The Galaxy A71 was touted to feature four cameras with a 48-megapixel primary lens, 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x Optical Zoom and Time of Flight (ToF) sensor.
As per rumours, Samsung Galaxy 51 might be powered by Exynos 9630 chipset. The phone could be equipped with a quad rear camera setup with a 32-megapixel primary lens, a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens of 12-megapixel with 2x optical zoom and a depth sensor of 5-megapixel. The handset may arrive in 64 GB and 128 GB storage editions. It can come in Silver, Black and Blue colour variants.
