Realme launched U1 smartphone in the U series recently. Now seems like the company is al set to bring yet another new series aimed at the budget market. As per a report, Realme may soon launch a budget Realme A1 smartphone in India soon. The phone will be the first phone in the A-series.
As per Droidshout, Realme is preparing a launch new budget device named as Realme A1. The leak reveals that the phone will be priced lower than the Realme U1 and will be priced under Rs 10,000.
The report says that the Realme A1 may launch in colours like Black and Yellow. The smartphone may feature a teardrop notch at the top of the display. It might be powered by Helio P35 or P60 or any of the budget Snapdragon chipset. The phone will also likely to have dual-camera setup and may include a Selfie AI shooter.
The Realme A1 is most likely to launch in India in the Q1 of 2019 and will be made available in other select markets similar to the Realme U1.
Currently, Realme has around two phones under Rs 10,000, called the Realme C1 and the Realme 2. Both the phones received a price hike in India in November and now retails at Rs 7,499 and Rs 9,499, respectively on Flipkart. So Realme C1 is the cheapest among all the Realme phones. The Realme A1 could be launched under the currently entry-level C1.
