Realme is going to release Realme 5 series smartphones in India on August 20, named as Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro. Meanwhile, a Realme phone with model number RMX1911 has been spotted on Geekbench and also got the necessary approval from Thailand’s NBTC certification body as well. This phone is most likely will be launched as Realme 5. The Geekbench listing revealed few of Realme 5 key specifications as well.
As per the listing, the upcoming Realme 5 will come equipped with Snapdragon 665 Chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and will run on Android 9 Pie operating system. The smartphones scored 1525 points in the single-core test and 5498 in the multi-core test. Moreover, the smartphone is confirmed to have a Quad camera setup on the back panel. As of now this much of details are available for this smartphone. However, we will update our readers as soon as we get more information on this.
For Realme 5 Pro, we know that the smartphone will house a Sony IMX586 48MP Quad Camera setup and the smartphone’s primary lens will be for low-light images with a large Aperture and pixel size, the ultra-wide-angle lens will be able to capture 119-degree field of view, Super Macro lens for capturing 4cm closeup images and the fourth depth sensor for portrait shots, as its already confirmed by the company itself. Further, as per leaks, the Realme 5 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 712 processor and is expected to have AMOLED Display with Waterdrop Notch design. It will also house an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Company has also confirmed that they are going to launch another smartphone with the quad-camera setup that will have a 64-megapixel as primary sensor and that could be dubbed as Realme X Pro. As per reports, this smartphone will be launched before Diwali in India. However, yesterday, the company has thrown some hints on one more product will be on its way on August 20. So the company might announce the 64MP Quad camera phone on the launch event and wait for Diwali to start the sale or might launch some other product.
