Realme 3 was launched in India for Rs 8,999 in March this year and until now the phone was available in Radiant Blue, Classic Black and Dynamic Black colours. The phone has now leaked in a new Diamond Red colour variant which is set to debut in India.
An image of the upcoming Realme 3 Diamond Red variant has now popped up online revealing the back of the device in a gradient and pattern clad finish. The top part of the back panel is covered in diamond-shaped red colour while the bottom half transitions from red to purple and blue hues, keeping the triangular patterns.
The Red-purple-blue colour hue also extends to the edges of the Realme 3, giving it a uniformed look all around. The Realme 3 Diamond Red will be the fourth colour variant of the device which is already available on sale in Dynamic Black, Radiant Blue and Classic Black models.
The Realme 3 recently received an update that shifted the device firmware to version RMX1821EX_11.A.16. the update brought with it May 2019 Android Security updates, a realme Theme Store, new lock screen magazine, realme App Market, realme Game Center and a realme Community app.
To recall, the Realme 3 features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels, 19:9 aspect ratio, 450nits brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is backed by a 4230mAh battery and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie, which is based on ColorOS 6.0.
It’s powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 2.1GHz octa-core Processor along with Mali G72 GPU, up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The device is equipped with a dual-camera setup with a combination of 13-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 Aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, coupled with an LED flash. For the front, there is a 13-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels.
