Realme 2 Pro was launched in India last year. Now seems like the phone will be receiving the Android Pie update soon as the phone has been spotted GeekBench Benchmarking website with the latest version of Android.
The Realme 2 Pro currently runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with company’s ColorOS 5.2 running on top of it. The GeekBench listing, first spotted by MySmartPrice, implies that the company is perhaps testing the latest software and may release the same for the device soon.
In the listing, Realme 2 Pro scored 1453 in the single-core test while in multi-core test it scored 5438 points. Since the device is now shown with Android Pie in the listing, we would expect the device to get Pie update soon.
Realme 2 Pro comes in three variants – Rs 13,990 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, Rs 15,990 for 6GB + 64GB option and Rs 17,990 for 8GB + 128GB model.
To recall, Realme 2 Pro features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 256GB via micro SD card slot.
Realme 2 Pro is backed by a 3500mAh battery with no fast charging. There is a dual rear camera setup with primary sensor sporting 16-megapixel Sony IMX398 sensor, f/1.7 Aperture and 6P lens, while the secondary sensor is used to create a bokeh effect. For the front, there is a 16-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture and AI beauty mode.
