Oppo is launching the Oppo Reno Ace smartphone on October 10 in China. The smartphone was earlier confirmed with a 90Hz refresh rate display and 65W SuperVOOC Flash Charge support but now we have the full specs of the smartphone, courtesy of TENAA.
The Oppo Reno Ace has now popped on Chinese regulation site TENAA, revealing almost all that needs to be put on paper about the upcoming smartphone. Shared by /Leaks, the TENAA listing claims that the Oppo Reno Ace will feature a 6.5-inch Full HD AMOLED Display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 Plus Chipset clocked at 2.96Ghz and will be coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. There won’t be support for external storage.
Reno Ace is expected to come with a quad-camera setup with a 48MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP configuration. There’s a 16MP selfie camera on the front. The phone is expected to run on Android 9 and will be available in Purple, Green and Blue variants.
Another leak posted on /Leaks reads “2*1950” as the battery specificationwhich could mean that the Reno Ace could come with a total battery backup of 1950 x 2 = 3900mAh. In addition to that, the phone has been confirmed to feature support for Oppo’s latest 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging that was announced yesterday in China. The 65W charger is expected to charge a 4000mAh battery from zero to 100 percent in 30 minutes and from zero to 27 percent in 5 minutes.
The Oppo Reno Ace will measure at 161.0 × 75.7 × 8.7 mm and weigh 200 grams. Connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, a 3.5mm Headphone jack, USB Type-C port and GPS.
