Oppo is working on its Reno 3 series of smartphones which will include Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro 5G. While the specifications of Oppo Reno 3 were leaked recently, now the key specs of Reno 3 Pro have also surfaced online.
Meanwhile, Oppo has also shared a video teaser which reveals quad rear cameras and glass back with a gradient finish. Reno 3 Pro will have a punch-hole screen on the left side. The phone will sport a glass body. The Reno 3 series is now for reservations on the official website in China.
As per the leaked specs via Digital Chat Station via Weibo, the Reno 3 Pro will feature a 6.5-inch curved FHD+ OLED display with a hole for the selfie camera and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G Processor coupled with 12GB of RAM. It will be the second smartphone powered by the new Snapdragon 765G processor after the Redmi K30 5G.
For the camera, the Reno 3 Pro will be equipped with quad rear camera setup with a combination of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens, a 13MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP sensor. The phone is also rumoured to include optical image stabilisation (OIS). There is no mention of the front camera in the leak. Lastly, the Reno 3 Pro will support 30W fast charge.
Oppo Reno 3 Pro has also surfaced on TENAA certification website with model number PCRM00 / PCRT00 5G revealing a few specs.As per the listing, the phone measures 159.4 x 72.4 x 7.7mm. It features a 6.5-inch display and it has a 3,935mAh battery. The 3C listing of the phone has also revealed that it could be shipped with a charger with 30W rapid support.
Oppo’s Vice President and President of Global Marketing, Brian Shen, has shared an image of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G phone revealing that the smartphone will have a super-slim design of 7.7mm only.
Shen also later confirmed the Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G will be backed up by a battery of 4,025mAh capacity. His post says that Oppo Reno 3 Pro 5G will pack a 4,025mAh battery despite being a slim phone with a thickness of 7.7mm.
