After recently launching Oppo K1, the company now seems to be working on a new smartphone. A new smartphone named Oppo R15X has been listed on the website of China Telecom revealing its specifications and pricing. The website listing shows that the Oppo phone comes with a model number of PBCM10. No official launch date for the device has been announced by the company.
As per the listing, the Oppo R15X comes in two variants – 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage priced at 2,499 Yuan (approx. Rs 26,686) and a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at 2,599 Yuan (approx. Rs 27,744). The former variant will come in Nebula Gradient and Ice Silver colours while the latter variant will come in a single colour edition of Ice Silver.
Now jumping to the specifications, the handset features a 6.4 inches Full HD+ waterdrop notch display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The device has a 91% screen to body ratio, with minimal bezels and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 panel. It is powered by a 3,500mAh battery and it comes loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.

The Oppo R15X is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Chipset which will be coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The memory can be expanded via a microSD card slot. As per the images on the website, the phone does not feature a fingerprint scanner on the back. It is expected that might have an in-display sensor.
For the camera, the Oppo R15X has a dual rear camera setup with a combination of 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors. The phone has a front camera of 25-megapixel for selfies and video calling.
