Moto G5 Sapphire Blue colour variant, which was spottedafew days back has been now made official in UK. The Sapphire Blue Moto G5 is available in UK for purchase exclusively through O2. As now there is no official word from the company whether Moto G5 Sapphire Blue colour variant will be launched in other markets as well.
The Sapphire Blue Moto G5 16GB version comes with two tariff plans- Those who wants to switch to O2 or those who are O2 customers and wants to upgrade, they just have to pay the $19 per month on top of their monthly phone bills. If someone wants to go with pre-paid plan, then one has to pay upfront £139.99 for the phone with its preferred pre-paid plan.
Lenovo’s sub-brand, Motorola is all set to launch its Moto G5 smartphone in India on April 4th and will be Amazon exclusive.
To recall, Moto G5 Plus and Moto G5 were first introduced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 trade show. The company has already launched the Moto G5 Plus in India in two different variants- The 3GB RAM + 16GB Storage variant is priced at Rs 14,999 while the 4GB RAM + 32GB Storage variant is priced at Rs 16,999.
As far as Moto G5 specifications are concerned, the Moto G5 features a 5-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of a 1980 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. The phone is backed by a 2GB of RAM and an option of 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.
On the camera front, the Moto G5 sports a 13-megapixel with Aperture f/2.0, 1.1-micron pixels and PDAF, while for the front, there is a 5-megapixel shooter. The device comes with removable 2800mAh battery coupled with 10W rapid charger and supports connectivity options including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro USB port. The device measures 144.3 x 73 x 9.5 mm and weighs 144.5 grams.
