We already know that the Lenovo-owned Motorola is working on its successor of Moto E4 smartphone which will be dubbed as Moto E5. The smartphone leaked earlier revealing the design details of the device and now the 3D renders of Moto E5 have also been revealed in a video.
The video has been shared by Couponraja in collaboration with popular leakster Steve H aka @OnLeaks. The new renders have also shown the device design. The Moto E5 is seen with the round fingerprint sensor mounted in the rear.
On the right side of the device, we can see the volume rocker as well as the power button. The image shows that headset using a Micro USB port on the bottom instead of any USB Type-C port in Moto E5.
As per the leak by OnLeaks, the Moto E5 will be featuring a 5-inch display like the predecessor and it will be measuring 151 x 74 x 8.9mm. Its camera bump will increase its thickness to 9.5mm. There is circular-shaped camera with a LED flash on the backside of the phone. The renders seem to be showing the phone having a metallic finish and a removable back panel.
The earlier leak, however, showed Motorola branding at the front of the device but it is nowhere to be seen in the new render. The earlier leaked image also showed the device having a unibody design and a fingerprint sensor on the back of the device. Apart from that, the back also features a single rear camera with flash, the front camera with LED flash as well.
Moto E5 is expected to feature 5 inches display with a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio and powered by MediaTek chipset. Connectivity features of Moto E5 will include GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm Headphone jack, as per the report.
The earlier leaked image shows the clock widget on the Moto E5 screen mentioning date April 3. So it is expected that the smartphone might be unveiled on April 3, 2018. If this comes true, then the launch of the Moto E5 could be earlier than that of the Moto E4 which was unveiled in June 2017. The phone is said to priced $120-$150 (approximately, Rs 7,500 and Rs 9,500). As per the report, the company might also unveil Moto E5 Play and the Moto E5 Plus alongside the Moto E5 this year.
