LG V40 ThinQ alleged specifications sheet reveals 8GB RAM

There will be two front-facing cameras of 8-megapixels and 5-megapixels in the LG V40 ThinQ. The rear of the phone will also have the triple-camera setup with the 16-megapixel sensor, a second 12-megapixel one with a wide-angle lens, and a third 8-megapixel camera complete with a telephoto lens.

TheLG V40 ThinQ is all set to launch on October 3 and at an event in Seoul, South Korea. As we inch towards the launch, more and more rumours and speculations about the upcoming flagship are surfacing on the web. The latest leak being of one variant LM-V405N which has been recently spotted on Weibo revealing its key specifications.

The leaked image via Android Guides of the upcoming LG flagship smartphone reveals that the phone may come with a 6.4-inches QHD+ display with 3120 x 1440 pixels resolution. It indicates that he V40 ThinQ will feature a notched display. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128 internal storage. Another variant may feature 6GB of RAM.

Earlier rumours have suggested that the base variant of the phone will be feature 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The new leak reveals another variant of the smartphone will feature 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage and this variant may get announced as V40 ThinQ+.

There will be two front-facing cameras of 8-megapixels and 5-megapixels in the LG V40 ThinQ. The rear of the phone will also have the triple-camera setup with the 16-megapixel sensor, a second 12-megapixel one with a lens, and a third 8-megapixel camera complete with a telephoto lens.

The handset will be packed with a 3,300mAh battery. The phone will have quick charging combined with wireless charging. The leaked image does not show any details about the Android version but it is expected to arrive in the market running on Android 8.1 Oreo.
