Just after launching Aqua Young 4G smartphone yesterday, Intex has reportedly added yet another 4G budget smartphone to its offerings, which is dubbed as Aqua 4.0 4G. It is the upgraded variant of older Intex Aqua 4.0 smartphone, which was launched in 2012. As per Mumbai based retailer, Mahesh Telecom, the smartphone is now available for purchase at Rs 4,199.
The Intex Aqua 4.0 4G features a 4-inch AMOLED Display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 1500mAh battery.
On the camera front, Aqua 4.0 4G sports a a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA Resolution front-facing camera. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB port. The smartphone comes in Black, Blue and Champagne gold colour options.
To recollect, Intex have added four affordable smartphones in its kitty in span of just ten days, which includes Intex Cloud Style 4G, Intex Cloud Q11 4G, Intex Aqua Amaze+, and Intex Aqua Young 4G, which are priced at Rs 5,799, Rs 6,190, Rs 6,290, and Rs 5,549 respectively. This latest addition should pretty much complete their Aqua range as far as the lowest rung of pricing goes. However, with the basic specs, despite the price, one has to wait and watch to see market reaction.
