HTC U12+ to come in four colours, including Translucent

HTC U12+ will feature four cameras - two 8-megapixel cameras on the front with optical image stabilization and bokeh and another dual 12MP + 16MP camera setup at the back. It will be packed a 3,420mAh battery which will support Quick Charge 4+ for fast and wireless charging.

Taiwan-based HTC is all set to launch its next-generation flagship U12+ smartphone on May 23. Now ahead of the launch, popular tipster Roland Quandt of WinFuture has revealed via twitter about the colour options for the HTC U12+ along with some other details.

The tweet reads “HTC U12+: Black, Red Rose, Violet and “Translucent” variants planned. Comes with 6in screen and 64GB in Euroland. Single and Dual models planned. And it won’t be cheap.”

As per his tweet, it is clear that a “Translucent” finish is in the works for the upcoming HTC U12+ along with Black, Red Rose and Violet colour variants. He also says that the smartphone will come with 6-inch display and 64GB storage capacity for Europeans. Dual and single SIM versions are also in the works, as per his tweet. Quandt finally mentions that the U12+ “won’t be cheap” in his tweet.

HTC U12+ was earlier leaked in live images revealing glass mirror finish with four cameras. As per earlier reports, the U12+ will feature a 6-inch QuadHD+ LCD display both a resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels. The device will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 with up to 8GB of and 128GB of onboard storage.

The U12+ will run on 8.0 Oreo with HTC Sense and USonic for Active Noise cancellation. The phone will pack four cameras; two 8-megapixel cameras on the front with optical image stabilization and bokeh and another dual 12MP + 16MP camera setup at the back. All of this is expected to be packed under a 3,420mAh battery which will support Quick Charge 4+ for fast and wireless charging.
