Huawei’s Honor brand launched Honor 8C in China recently. Now the phone will hit the Indian shores as the company has announced that Honor 8C will launch in India on November 29.
Honor 8C will be exclusively available for sale in country on Amazon. The e-commerce website has created a dedicated page confirming the availability of Honor 8C on its portal.
In China, Honor 8C comes in two variants – 4GB RAM with 32GB storage priced at 1099 Yuan which is approx. Rs 11,790 and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage will cost you 1399 Yuan which is Rs 15,000 approx.It comes in Aurora Blue, Platinum Gold, Nebula Purple and Midnight Black colour options.
Honor 8C features a 6.26-inch HD+ notched display with a 1520 x 720 Pixel Resolution offering a screen-to-body ratio of 80.4 percent and an aspect ratio of 19:9.The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 SoC, paired with an Adreno 506 GPU. The phone has4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage.
The phone is equipped with a dual rear camera setup of a 13-megapixel sensor along with an f/1.8 aperture, LED flash and a 2-megapixel sensor along with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel sensor along with an f/2.0 Aperture and LED flash. The front-facing camera will carry support for AI face unlock.

Honor 8C also features a fingerprint scanner on the backside. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.2 on top. It is fueled by 4,000mAh battery with support for 5V/2A charger.
There are various connectivity features in the phone like 4G VoLTE, dual-SIM support, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS +GLONASS. The phone measures 158.72 x 75.94 x 7.98mm and weighs 167.2 grams.
