Fossil unveils Fossil Sport in India with Snapdragon Wear 3100 for Rs 17,995

The Sport from Fossil is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 chip which was unveiled in September 2018 with enhanced battery life and 4G LTE connectivity. The device comes with a 350mAh battery that supports Rapid Charging and offers up to a day on a single charge and up to two days when used on a battery saving mode.

Fossil has announced the Fossil Sport smartwatch in India – a wearable with the latest Snapdragon Wear 3100 chip from Qualcomm and fitness features. The Fossil Sport smartwatch will be available for an asking price of Rs 17,995 across offline and online stores in India.

The Sport from Fossil is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100 chip which was unveiled in September 2018 with enhanced battery life and connectivity. The device comes with a 350mAh battery that supports Rapid Charging and offers up to a day on a single charge and up to two days when used on a battery saving mode. The watch also supports magnetic and wireless charging.

Fossil Sport smartwatch

The device runs on the latest Wear OS interface from Google with options like Google Assistant, faster access to information, health coaching features from Google Fit and Quick Swipe. The Sport has an inbuilt heart rate sensor, altimeter, ambient light sensor, mic and speaker for calls.

In terms of connectivity, the Fossil watch comes with GPS, for contactless payments and Bluetooth, the last of which allows the device to be paired with an or smartphone. The Sport from Fossil comes with pre-installed apps like Spotify, Maps and Moonlight.

The Fossil Sport will be available in Smokey Blue and Black colours for an asking price of Rs 17,995.

Prior to this, Fossil unveiled the first collections of BMW branded watches – the BMW Collection and BMW M Motorsport Collection for 16,995 and Rs 10,995 respectively.
