An unannounced Coolpad smartphone bearing Dual camera setup with model name ‘Coolpad VCR-A0’ has been spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency TENAA. The listing not only has images of the phone but it also carries the detailed specifications of the device.
As per the listing, Coolpad VCR-A0 seems to have a metal unibody design and features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor which is coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and with 32GB/64GB/128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and is backed by a 4060mAh battery.
On the camera front, the Coolpad VCR-A0 offers a dual 13-megapixel rear camera setup with Dual LED flash and an 8-megapixel front facing the camera for selfies and video chats. The smartphone also houses a fingerprint scanner which is placed on its back panel. Besides, the smartphone include 4G-LTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and all basic connectivity features.
Surprisingly most of the specifications are quite similar to the Coolpad Cool 1 Dual smartphone launched in India in December last year. So Coolpad VCR-A0 could be an upgraded version of Cool 1 Dual with 6GB RAM and latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system.
