Alongside the validity revision, BSNL also confirmed that the Rs 349 plan now ships with 3.2GB daily data as part of the company’s Additional Data offer.

State-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has revised its prepaid plan of Rs 349. The plan now comes with more validity from its day of recharge.

Telecom Talk reports that BSNL now offers 64 days of validity. Previously, the BSNL Rs 349 plan offered 54 days of validity. Alongside the validity revision, BSNL also confirmed that the Rs 349 plan now ships with 3.2GB daily data as part of the company’s Additional Data offer.

The BSNL Rs 349 prepaid plan initially offered benefits for 70 days, but later on, it was reduced to 54 days. However, the company has now increased its validity to 64 days. This plan also offers unlimited voice calls (excludes Delhi and Mumbai circles), 3.2GB data per day and 100 SMSes per day for 64 days. The total data benefits being offered by this plan are 204.8GB. After exhausting daily data, the speed throttles down to 40 Kbps.

BSNL recently revised Rs 98 prepaid plan under which the telco offers a daily data usage of 2GB at high speeds post which the speeds will come down to 80 kbps. There are no call benefits with the Rs 98 plan and users will have to make do with their usual call rates when using this recharge pack.
