Just days after launching its Airtel Thanks initiative in India, Airtel has now revised its postpaid catalogue, listing only four plans with different data benefits. Starting today, Airtel postpaid users will be able to subscribe to Rs 499, Rs 749, Rs 999 and Rs 1,599 plans.
The new plans are currently live on the Airtel website. The Rs 499 postpaid plan will now replace the Rs 399 plan as the cheapest offering. The current cheapest plan offers 75GB of 4G/3G data with data rolling and unlimited voice calling and 100 SMSes per day. The plan will also come with three months of Netflix usage, one year of Amazon Prime subscription, ZEE5 membership to view movies and shows, Airtel TV and handset protection.
Next up, Airtel is offering the Rs 749 postpaid plan which offers all the benefits of the Rs 499 plan but with a 125GB data limit. The plan can also be availed for three connections – two regular and one data add-on. The rest of the offering remains the same as users can avail unlimited calling, ZEE5 membership, Airtel TV, one year of Amazon Prime subscription, handset protection and three months of Netflix.
Airtel’s Rs 999 postpaid plan offers users an option to opt for four regular and one data add-on connections with unlimited calling and 100 SMS. The plan offers a total of 150GB of data with handset protection, three months of Netflix, ZEE5 membership, Airtel TV and one year of Amazon Prime subscription.
The most expensive plan for Airtel postpaid users will be available for Rs 1,599. The plan offers unlimited data, unlimited voice calling and other benefits on two regular SIMs. The Rs 1,599 plan also comes with free memberships from Netflix (for 3 months), Amazon Prime (for 1 year), ZEE5, Airtel TV and mobile protection.
