Indian automobile manufacturers will soon start delivering their cars fitted with the tamper-proof high-security registration plates (HSRP). It may reduce the price of the registration cost of four-wheelers at the Regional Transport Offices (RTO). Currently, the on-road price of any car is the sum of the ex-showroom price of the vehicle, insurance, Fast Tag and RTO fees ranging between Rs 800 to Rs 40,000. View the video to know more.
