Xbox Support Virtual Agent has been introduced by the console maker which makes use of AI and acts as a chatbot for solving gamers’ issues. The AI chatbot by Xbox is not available for everyone at the moment, though. The chatbot is supposed to help players resolve their issues with Xbox related queries including those for its games.
The Xbox Support Virtual Agent is available only for Xbox Insiders at the moment, where they will see the Support Virtual Agent on the “Contact us” page on support.xbox.com. One can sign in with the same account they registered with the Xbox Insider Program, then they’ll see a new option to ask the new Support Virtual Agent a question.
Once you click on “Ask a question,” you will see the Support Virtual Agent launch in a new Browser window. You can ask the agent questions relevant to Xbox console and game support issues via text or voice, and it will answer with relevant information from support.xbox.com. If the Support Virtual Agent cannot solve the issue, you can request to speak with a live support agent as long as it is within Xbox Support’s normal hours of operation.
During this preview, you can also customize your support experience by clicking on the ellipsis menu icon and choosing between two different Support Virtual Agents.
Meanwhile, in related news to Xbox, it was recently revealed that the Xbox app on Android will be updated with support for buying and playing Xbox games directly in the app beginning later this month. The move from Xbox came shortly after a court ruling went against Google, allowing other companies to distribute their apps via an App Store present within the Google Play Store.
Amazon is introducing a new AI-powered feature called X-Ray Recaps in Prime Video. “With X-Ray Recaps, Prime Video is delivering a new way to get up to speed without wasting time or risking spoilers, allowing you to spend more time streaming your favorite TV shows,” according to the company.
What are X-Ray Recaps in Prime Video?
“X-Ray Recaps is a generative AI-powered feature that creates brief, easy-to-digest summaries of full seasons of TV shows, single episodes, and even pieces of episodes, all personalized down to the exact minute of where you are watching,” said Amazon in a blog post.
Whether you’re just starting a new episode, midway through a season, or returning to a series after a break, X-Ray Recaps offers quick text summaries of key cliffhangers, character developments, and other important details, accessible anytime during your viewing experience.
X-Ray Recaps expands on Prime Video’s existing X-Ray features, allowing viewers to delve deeper into their shows with trivia, cast information, soundtrack details, production insights, and more.
X-Ray Recaps is powered by Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed AWS service for building and scaling generative AI applications with foundational models. Utilizing a combination of Amazon Bedrock models and custom AI models trained on Amazon SageMaker, X-Ray Recaps analyzes various video segments, combined with subtitles or dialogue, to generate detailed descriptions of key events, places, times, and conversations. Sony has long maintained a reputation for high-quality audio devices. The company’s range includes products across diverse price points, appealing to varied consumer needs. Its recent product, the Sony WF-C510 wireless earbuds, priced at Rs 4,990, targets the budget-conscious segment. With a lightweight, minimalist design and a suite of features, the WF-C510 aims to offer a balanced user experience. This review of Sony WF-C510 assesses its performance across key areas: design, features, sound quality, battery life, connectivity, and call performance.
Sony WF-C510 Review: Design
The Sony WF-C510 earbuds and charging case reflect a straightforward, minimalist design that prioritizes comfort and portability. The case is small and lightweight and includes:
Basic indicators for battery status and charging.
A dedicated pairing button on the back.
A USB-C port for power.
While compact, the case feels somewhat fragile. The lid mechanism doesn’t operate as smoothly as possible, potentially compromising its durability.
The earbuds themselves are designed for comfort, offering a snug in-ear fit. This secure fit makes them suitable for extended listening sessions. Sony has opted for physical button controls on each earbud. These programmable buttons allow users to customize functions like playback control and sound adjustments. A long press activates the voice assistant (Google Assistant, Alexa, or Siri), and the buttons can also adjust volume, though the volume controls occasionally respond inconsistently.
Sony has included several features in the WF-C510, making them versatile for a range of users. These earbuds support multi-point connectivity, allowing users to connect with two devices simultaneously. This feature is managed through the Sony Headphones Connect App and works on both Android and iOS, so the earbuds are not limited to one ecosystem.
One key omission is active noise cancelling (ANC), though the in-ear design provides a decent level of passive noise isolation. To offset the lack of ANC, Sony includes an ambient sound mode, which lets users hear some of their surroundings while wearing the earbuds. The ambient mode also has a voice passthrough setting, helping to enhance voices over background noise—useful for users who want to stay aware of nearby sounds.
Additional features include an equalizer with preset and customizable settings and support for Sony’s 360 Reality Audio (spatial audio). However, it is compatible only with select music streaming services and lacks head-tracking functionality. Users can still get a taste of spatial audio, with the app allowing them to photograph their ears to personalize the experience.
The WF-C510 lacks support for Sony’s LDAC codec and Hi-Res certification, but it includes a Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) to upscale audio quality, a welcome feature for a budget model.
Sony WF-C510 Review: Sound Quality
The WF-C510 delivers clear, balanced sound, favouring a neutral profile that suits various media. Bass is present but restrained, which will appeal to listeners who prefer clarity over heavy bass. Sony’s sound signature emphasizes vocals and treble, and while the bass lacks depth, it doesn’t interfere with overall clarity. The sound is tuned for a pleasant listening experience, making these earbuds suitable for podcasts, movies, and vocal-centric music.
For users seeking a richer bass experience, the equalizer in the Sony app offers options to enhance the bass response a bit.
Sony WF-C510 Review: Battery Life
Battery performance on the WF-C510 is respectable, providing up to six hours of continuous playback on a full charge. The charging case extends total battery life to over 20 hours, which should meet the needs of most users. Although the case does not support wireless charging, it does feature Fast charging via USB-C, which can be a convenient option for users needing a quick power boost.
Sony WF-C510 Review: Connectivity
Sony has equipped the WF-C510 with Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair, making setup with Android and Windows devices straightforward. A pairing prompt appears when the case lid is opened, streamlining the initial connection process. Each earbud can operate independently, adding flexibility for calls or media playback. The earbuds are rated IPX4 for splash resistance, making them suitable for light sweat or rain, but the protection does not extend to dust or dirt, and the IP rating does not cover the case.
Sony WF-C510 Review: Call Quality
Call performance on the WF-C510 is average, with the built-in microphones struggling to capture clear audio in loud environments. This limitation affects voice clarity during calls, especially outdoors or in busy settings. Compared to wireless earbuds with more advanced microphone technology, the WF-C510 doesn’t excel in this area, so users who prioritize call quality may find it lacking.

New leaks regarding Samsung’s next major software update have emerged online, suggesting that One UI 7 will support AI notifications and will also offer manual thermal throttling control. These will enhance the experience of One UI users a step further. Here’s everything to know.
One UI 7 is coming later next year, but a beta is likely scheduled to arrive by mid-November. Leaks suggest that One UI 7 will support AI notifications, a feature similar to Apple’s AI-based Notifications Summary which it has introduced in iOS 18. The leak comes from user Chun Bhai on X, according to whom, Galaxy AI now has a notification summary feature. The tipster disclosed that Samsung is calling the feature “AI notification” and it has been spotted in the latest One UI 7 build with version number ending with “XJW.”
Tipster Ice Universe, in a separate post, said that the “latest version of One UI 7, XJW, makes the previously leaked videos meaningless, because this version has changed a lot and is full of flexibility, and the previous versions can be thrown into the trash.” While he didn’t explicitly confirm the presence of the AI notifications feature, the significant changes made in the build could mean Samsung is indeed working on groundbreaking features.
If we talk to Apple’s implementation, it introduced Priority notifications, which appear at the top of the notifications’ stack in a grouped manner to surface what’s most important, and summaries help users scan long or stacked notifications to show key details right on the Lock Screen, such as when a group chat is particularly active. It helps users focus on the more important notifications.
Aside from that, Samsung could also introduce manual thermal throttling control in One UI 7. Thermal throttling is a safety feature that automatically slows down a device’s components to prevent overheating and damage. However, slowing down the device means the performance takes a major hit, resulting in scenarios such as frame drops in games. Giving users the control for disbaling thermal throttling could mean that Samsung is planning for users to decide for themselves whether they’d want performance with extensive heating or are ready to give up on it and prevent any damage to their devices.
Realme GT 7 Pro is set to launch in China later today. On the other hand, Realme GT 7 Pro India launch has also been confirmed to take place later this month on the 26th. The device will launch as the first smartphone to come with Snapdragon 8 Elite in India. Here’s everything to know about it.
Realme GT 7 Pro India Launch
Realme GT 7 Pro is all set to debut in India on November 26 at 12 PM IST, according to a microsite created on Amazon India. The device is supposed to be a high-end flagship, and according to speculations, could be priced around Rs 60,000 in India. While there’s no official confirmation regarding the price yet, the device will definitely be a powerhouse, considering it is going to pack the best chipset Qualcomm has to offer right now.
Realme GT 7 Pro Specifications (Rumoured)
Realme GT 7 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K Resolution (2780 x 1264 pixels) AMOLED Display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, 450 ppi, 10-bit colours, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and 6000 nits peak brightness.
The handset will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset paired up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone should run on Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0 skin on top.
As for the optics, the GT 7 Pro will get triple cameras on the back, including a 50-megapixel f/1.88 primary sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultra-wide angle lens and a 50-megapixel f/2.65 2x telephoto sensor, while the front houses a 16-megapixel f/2.45 selfie camera.
Further, GT 7 Pro packs a 6,500mAh battery with 120W Fast charging support. Connectivity options could include 5G, dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-Cport for charging.
Google has begun rolling out ChromeOS 130 update to eligible Chromebooks which brings a whole new set of features and changes, such as a new AI voice recorder App that’s similar to what we have seen in Google Pixel smartphones, Quick Insert feature, and much more.
Quick Insert provides a quick way to insert emojis, symbols, GIFs, Google Drive links, and quick calculations and unit conversions with a keyboard key (on select models) or a keyboard shortcut. In ChromeOS 130, a new shortcut Launcher + f is available on all ChromeOS devices to trigger the function. A new hardware key is initially available on the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus only, but the Quick Insert key will launch on a range of devices in 2025, as announced by the company earlier in October.
ChromeOS 130 introduces the new Google AI-powered Recorder app to create transcriptions that can detect and label speakers, and provide a summary of recorded content. It also offers features like speech-to-text, content summarization, and title suggestions, all powered by Google AI.
A new Studio-style mic feature is also a part of the update, rolling out only to Chromebook Plus devices. The feature uses existing noise cancellation and de-reverberation effects, and further enhances them with advanced balancing, reconstruction of fine details, and room adaptation. Users who have enabled noise cancellation will get the Studio-style mic enhancements by default starting with this release. If a user wants to revert to the old noise cancellation-only effect, they can select the appropriate option in Settings > Device > Audio.
Appearance effects, that have been popular among the products of cameras, virtual meetings, and short videos for a long time and launched on some Google products, will now be available in Chromebooks for Video call controls. Help me read in ChromeOS is also a part of the update, which helps you summarize PDFs, articles or websites, all with a right click. You can even ask follow-up questions to dive deeper. Starting next year you can even highlight specific sentences or paragraphs you need extra help clarifying.
Aside from these, there are other changes in ChromeOS 130 as well, such as new suggestions in Tote, enhanced access for Drive files, more accessible privacy controls, ability to adjust keyboard brightness, display brightness, and control the ambient light sensor directly from the Settings app, Multi-calendar support, and Picture-in-Picture (PiP) windows.
A month ago, Samsung confirmed at SDC that One UI 7 beta is coming before the end of the year and we now have a rumoured release timeline, once again. Reports online suggest that One UI 7 beta is arriving mid-November, and a bunch of rumours have already gave us our first look at what’s to come from Samsung for its next major software update based on Android 15.
In a post on X, tipster Ice Universe claimed that Samsung will “take another half month” until it begins rolling out the One UI 7 beta update. The post was made on November 1, which means one could say that One UI 7 beta is arriving mid-November. Samsung has internally delayed the beta twice in the past 3 to 4 months, likely due to major issues and bugs which made the software unstable even for a beta version.
In a separate X post, user ‘Samson Sir’ reports that “the latest build of One UI 7.0, finalised on October 31, 2024, has been deemed stable enough for beta testing. While it’s not without issues, the major problems have been resolved.” Some of the issue he highlighted include significant battery drain and App compatibility errors.
The final version of One UI 7, which will officially bring Android 15 to Samsung devices, is expected to debut alongside the launch of the Galaxy S25 in early 2025. This means the beta could run for about 2 to 3 months before it reaches the ‘stable’ stage.
The delay in this update is a notable deviation from Samsung’s previous performance, especially as the company has been praised for its swift Android updates in recent years. While the delay is not entirely unexpected, it raises questions about the development timeline for future updates and the impact this may have on user experience.
Brands like Tecno and Motorola have significantly lowered the price barrier when it comes to flip foldable phones around the world and now Samsung wants to enter that space, too. While the specifications of the device have already been leaked once earlier this year, rumours about the Z Flip FE have resurfaced.
Korean blogger yeux1122 has suggested that Samsung will launch a Galaxy Z Flip FE in 2025, and would be a “simultaneous release” alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 7. Samsung has changed the launch window for its foldables since past two years from August to July, which means the Galaxy Z Flip FE may launch alongside the Z Flip 7 in 2026 in July.
Samsung has already hinted towards the existence of a Fan Edition Flip smartphone in one of its recent earnings call, where an executive said (via), “We are considering ways to lower entry barriers so that more customers can actually experience foldable products, given the high satisfaction among existing foldable users.”
“We are also preparing new form factors to deliver a more powerful and innovative mobile experience. We will bring products to the market once they achieve a level of quality and experience that satisfies customers in real-life use environments,” the company added.
How the company plans to make a cheaper foldable is still a mystery. In other words, it’s unclear what the tradeoffs over the regular foldables from Samsung would be. However, the specs leak from earlier this year suggests the Flip FE could employ the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, which could be one of the major downgrades over the flagship processors used in regular Samsung foldables. While a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE may be on the cards, recent reports suggest a Galaxy Z Fold FE isn’t.
