Vivo V15 features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 2.1GHz octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU and sports 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is further expandable upto 256GB via microSD card.

The highlight of the Vivo V15 is its pop-up selfie camera and triple-camera setup at the back. The device comes equipped with 32-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture, which pops-up when you switch to selfie mode. On the rear, it sports a triple-camera setup with a combination of a 12-megapixel primary sensor along with an f/1.78 lens, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, and a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.4 lens.
