The upcoming Apple iPhone, expected to be named as iPhone 6, may feature a super-hard sapphire glass display. The screen is also expected to be a Sharp IXGO display, which means that Apple can shave off a few precious millimeters of thickness by giving the iPhone 6 a thinner, more power efficient screen.
Apple increased the size of the iPhone’s display from 3.5 inches to 4 inches with the iPhone 5 and thus iPhone 6 is expected to boast a 5.5 inch display. It is also said have design cues of the iPod Nano and iPhone 5C.
2LG G3
Like G2, the LG G3 too is expected to have the power and volume buttons at its back panel. While details are scarce on the G3, a leaked screenshot certainly points several possibilities. For instance, the native Resolution of the G3 might be beyond 1080p (full HD). As per the previously leaked information, the G3 has a display with 2560×1440 pixel resolution natively.

3Google Nexus 6
Google is expected to launch a budget Nexus smartphone to rival the extremely successful Moto G. As per the latest rumours, the Nexus 6 features a 5.5-inch display 534 ppi image density. Similar to the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the iPhone 5S, the Nexus 6 will supposedly have a fingerprint scanner inbuilt somewhere when it is launched later this year. The mid-range device would be equipped with MediaTek’s low-cost processors, which mean the device will feature a quadcore Processor despite its budget price tag.

4Samsung Galaxy Note 4
According to speculations, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will come with AMOLED screen. The chances are that Samsung Note 4 will come with multiple versions like, with and without dual SIM, with LTE and 3G connectivity. The device is expected to have a 5.5 inch super AMOLED Display with a resolution of 2560×1440 giving a ppi of 500+ and may be powered by Quad Core Snapdragon 805 processor.

5Samsung Galaxy SM-T2558
This alleged 7-inch Samsung device is said to be a part of the Korean firm’s Galaxy Mega smartphone series. Purportedly codenamed as Samsung SM-T2558, it said to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and 1.5 GB of RAM.
Besides, it reportedly has a micro SD card slot, 8 GB internal storage, 8 Megapixel rear camera, a 2 megapixel front camera, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and not the KitKat version.
6Motorola Moto X2
Motorola has confirmed that its next-generation Moto X 2 flagship will be arriving later this summer. The Moto X 2 is likely to have 64-bit quad – or an octa-core processor, full HD display, and megapixel-rich cameras with bright flash and/or optical image stabilisations. Features like fingerprint scanners and dual rear camera could appear in this smartphone as well.
7Google Nexus 8
According to a report of Digitimes, Google has partnered with HTC to manufacture the upcoming Nexus 8 tablet. Nexus 8 will be announced in late June at the annual Google I/O developer conference, where Google is also expected to take the wraps off of a new version of its mobile operating system, Android 4.5.
8Amazon 3D Smartphone
Amazon, the maker of Kindle series devices, is reportedly working on a 3D smartphone with 4.7 inch display, 13 megapixel camera, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and 2GB RAM. It will run a heavily customised version of Google’s Android operating system similar to the version that powers Amazon’s tablets. The phone is said to have a 3D interface.

Motorola is reportedly going to launch Moto E soon. As per the leaked spec-sheet, the Moto E has a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, and 4 GB of built-in memory. The phone is expected to have 4.3 inch display, 5 megapixel main camera, a front-facing snapper of unspecified resolution, 1,900 mAh battery, FM radio, and Android 4.4 KitKat. It is expected to priced below Moto G.
10Google Nexus 10 2 (2014)
Google has only launched one 10-inch Nexus tablet so far. Now it is said to be working on another 10 inch tablet, identified as Nexus 10 2 (2014). It said to have an impressive spec list including the quad-core Snapdragon 801 chipset, 2 GB RAM, an 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front, a 7900 mAh battery, and Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system.
