Tecno Mobile, a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings which has brands like itel and Infinix under its portfolio, has added a new member to its smartphone portfolio with the launch of Tecno Camon I.
The phone is backed by a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via micro SD card slot.
The smartphone comes loaded with a 5.65-inch HD+ FullView display with a screen Resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels. The display comes with a 2.5D curved glass and bears an aspect ratio of 18:9.
The Tecno Camon I is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 quad-core Processor along with Mali-T760 GPU.
On the camera front, the device sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with Quad LED flash and PDAF. For the front, there is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with video chat flash for selfies and video calling.
The smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 8,999 and it will be available in Champagne Gold, Midnight Black and City Blue colour options. The phone will be available through offline channels across India.
On the connectivity front, the device supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, OTG, Dual-SIM and Micro USB port.
The company is also offering 100 days’ replacement warranty, 1-time screen replacement and 1-month extended warranty over and above the 12 months’ warranty period.
Then there are extensive service networks of Carlcare with 900+ multi-brand touch points.
