The latest smartphone from Infinix is loaded with a glossy finish at the back panel that provides a premium look. The front of the device features a dewdrop notch, which has become a new standard in this price range.
The smartphone is powered by a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 Processor and it is equipped with IMG PowerVR GPU. The same processor is present in the Xiaomi Redmi 6A.
Infinix has today announced the launch of its latest budget-centric smartphone, the Smart 3 Plus. The phone comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999 and it will be available for purchase from Flipkart.
The Infinix Smart 3 Plus is equipped with a 6.21-inch HD+ display with a screen Resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels along with 500nits brightness, 88 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 2.5D curved glass.
The major highlight of the Infinix Smart 3 Plus is the triple-camera setup. The company has added 13-megapixel primary lens along with a 2-megapixel secondary shooter and a low light sensor. There is an LED flash as well.
The phone is backed by a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB with the help of microSD card slot.
For the front, the phone is equipped with an 8-megapixel AI selfie shooter. The company has different camera modes like AI Portrait, AI HDR, AI Bokeh, Night, Sports, Blue Sky and Text.
The phone runs on XOS 5.0, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. The user interface comes loaded with some good features. There is a landing page where you can get all the information right from the favourite apps, recent contacts to booking a cab on OLA and more.
On the battery front, the Infinix Smart 3 Plus is loaded with a 3500mAh battery. The phone is equipped with a lower resolution display and power efficient processor, which should ideally deliver better battery backup.
On the connectivity front, it features dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, dual-SIM, GPS, GLONASS, 3.5mm Audio Jack and Micro USB port. The phone measures 157 x 76 x 7.8mm and weighs 148 grams.
The hardware performance is yet to be tested, however, looking at the sheer specifications, it will give a stiff competition to the likes of Realme C2, Xiaomi Redmi 6A, and more.
