It has a 5 inch display with high definition resolution. This display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

It has a dimension of 142 x 73.5 x9.9 mm (height, width, thickness) and weighs 165 grams.
4Processor
The iBerry Nuclea X comes with the 1.7GHz Octa Core MT6592 processor, Mali 450 GPU, and 1 GB RAM, promising decent performance.
5Operating System
Currently, it is based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system but according to iBerry, it is upgradable to “higher versions via OTA”. Hopefully, it will issue the Android Kitkat version for Nuclea X soon
6Storage
For storage, it has 8 GB internal storage and an expandable storage slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of upto 64 GB capacity. It also comes with USB OTG functionality so you can use a pendrive directly into it to transfer files.

The Nuclea X has a 13 Megapixel rear camera and an 8 megapixel front camera.The rear camera can capture full HD videos and it has many camera features like panorama, HDR, smile detection, white balance etc.

The iBerry Nuclea X comes with a decent 2800 mAh Li-Ion battery which should provide long battery back up.

It has two SIM slots, one of which is meant for 3G network. Besides, it has Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, and GPS.

The octa core iBerry Nuclea X has Accelerometer, Proximity, Light, and Magnetic sensors.

Besides, it comes with various gesture inputs like shake to launch, draw to launch, and floating notifications.
