1Design
The HTC One E8 measures 146.4 x 70.7 x 9.9 mm and weighs 145 grams. It has a polycarbonate unibody frame and comes in four colours – Polar White, Electric Crimson, Maldives Blue, and Misty Gray.
2Display
The HTC One E8 has a 5 inch Super LCD3 display with full HD resolution, which means its display has superb 441 ppi pixel density.
3Hardware
The E8 is armed with Qualcomm MSM8975AC Snapdragon 801 Chipset which combines the 2.5 GHz quad core Krait 400 processor and Adreno 330 GPU. To assist the chipset there is 2 GB RAM.
4Operating system
The HTC One E8 is based on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system but like all HTC smartphones, it too has the HTC Sense UI layered on top.
5Camera
The HTC One E8 has a 13 Megapixel rear camera which is capable of capturing full HD videos. There is an LED flash in the rear panel as well to assist the rear camera in low light.
6Battery
There is a 2600 mAh Li-Po battery in the One E8 which claims to offer upto 25 hours of talktime and 504 hours of standby on 3G network.
7Connectivity
The E8 has dual SIM (both for nano SIMs) with dual standby feature. Besides, it has Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, micro USB 2.0, dual Band WiFi (a/b/g/n), WiFi hotspot, WiFi Direct, and DLNA features.
8Memory
The HTC One E8 has 16 GB internal storage and a micro SD card slot that can accommodate a micro SD card of up to 128 GB.
9Availability and Price
The One E8 will be available towards the end of this month (July) for Rs 34,900.
