Honor has announced the Honor Play in India, a gaming-centric smartphone which was unveiled a couple months ago in China.
The Honor Play comes GPU Turbo technology and 4D gaming capacities for an asking price of Rs 19,999 for 4GB + 32GB version and Rs 23,999 for 6GB + 64GB in India
The smartphone is exclusively available on Amazon and will go on sale starting today at 4:00 PM.
Honor Play features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with a screen Resolution of 19:5:9 aspect ratio and 89 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
The phone is powered by an octa-core 10nm built Huawei Kirin 970 Processor along with a dedicated NPU and an i7 co-processor.
The highlight reel comes in the form of Huawei’s GPU Turbo technology which will enhance the graphics performance of the smartphone and reduce its power consumption at the same time.
The Honor Play comes with dual 16MP + 2MP lenses at the rear end which is enabled with artificial intelligence for detecting scenes across 500 different conditions.
The Honor Play runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo with Huawei’s newest EMUI 8.2 on top.
There’s dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth v4.2 LE, GPS, and NFC for all your connectivity needs while a USB-C port helps fast charge the 3,750mAh battery.
