BlackBerry today launched its all new BlackBerry Classic smartphone in India, just three weeks after its international launch. BlackBerry Classic looks quite similar to the BlackBerry Bold 9900 and has a QWERTY keyboard with optical trackpad.

BlackBerry Classic has a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with 720×720 pixels Resolution and the display has also Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
3Operating System
The handset has BlackBerry OS 10.3.1 and will have features like BlackBerry Assistant for Voice commands and BlackBerry Hub to manage all your communications in one place.

BlackBerry Classic runs on a 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8960 dual-core processor.

BlackBerry Classic offers 16 GB Internal Memory and has 2 GB RAM. There is an expandable storage slot that can accomodate a micro SD card of up to 128 GB.

It comes with an 8 Megapixel rear camera with flash and a 2 megapixel front camera.

The BlackBerry Classic is fitted with a 2515 mAh battery that claims to offer 17.2 hours of 2G talktime (11.7 hours on 3G).

This 3G smartphone has a nano SIM slot (single), Bluetooth 4.0 LE version, WiFi, WiFi Direct, Miracast, DLNA, and FM radio.

BlackBerry Classic comes with a host of Sensors – Accelerometer, Magnetometer, Gyroscope, Proximity, Ambient light, and Hall sensor.
