This 145 grams measuring smartphone comes with a curvy body, which measures 10.3 mm at the thickest part while the thinnest point is just 5.5 mm. The matte finish back panel gives an ultimate grip.

The 5 inch display of the Zenfone 5 has HD resolution. This IPS panel also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
3Processor
It is armed with Intel Atom Processor which is assisted by PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU and 2 GB RAM.
4OS & Interface
Asus Zenfone 5 comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system but it is said to be upgraded soon to Android KitKat.
5Storage
The Zenfone 5 has been announced in 8 GB and 16 GB versions but as of now there is no information whether Asus will bring both versions to India or not. Both versions though have 64 GB micro SD card slot.
6Camera
There is an 8 Megapixel camera in the back of Zenfone 5; to assist in low light there is an LED flash light as well. In the front, it has a 2 megapixel camera.
7Battery
The Asus Zenfone 5 has a 2100 mAh battery. This battery is non-removable and claims to offer 18 hours and 30 minutes of talktime.
8Connectivity
It comes with dual SIM slots, offering 3G connectivity. Besides, it has WiFi, WiFi Direct, WiFi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, and a Micro USB 2.0 port.
10Others
Asus Zenfone 5 has accelerometer, proximity, compass sensors. Like most high end phones, it doesn’t have FM radio.
11Price & Availability
Asus is expected to launch this smartphone along with other Zenfone series devices, namely Zenfone 4 and Zenfone 6, next month. There is no information about its price yet but it is expected to be made available for less than Rs 20,000 in India.
