ZTE has launched an affordable smartphone, which is named as ZTE Maven 2. The smartphone is the successor for last year’s ZTE Maven. The ZTE Maven 2 is priced at $60 and is available on Amazon US. It comes in Grey color option.
The ZTE Maven 2 features a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) display with a Pixel density of 196 ppi. It is fueled by a 1.1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 processor, which is clubbed with Adreno 304 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 8GB internal storage, which is further expandable to 64GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 2300 mAh battery which claims to offer a Talk time up to 18 hours.
On the camera front, the ZTE Maven 2 has a 5-megapixel snapper with LED Flash on the back, and a 2-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. Further, the smartphone offers dual-SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and a Micro USB port. The handset measures 145.5 x 72.9 x 10.9 mm and weighs 166 grams.
There is no information as of now about its availability in other markets including India.
