A new ZTE phone, ZTE Axon 2, has been found listed on Oppomart for $599 (approximately Rs 39,851) but was ‘Out of stock’.
As per listing on Oppomart, the ZTE Axon 2 features a 5.5-inch display with Resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. It is powered by a 2.15 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, which is paired with Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage, and expandable storage up-to 128GB via micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is backed up by a 3140 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery with quick charge 3.0 support.
The ZTE Axon 2 has a 20-megapixel shooter with Dual LED flash on the back panel, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front. Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, Fingerprint sensor WiFi, and GPS.
Last month, a phone with high-end specification with model name ZTE A2017 was spotted on GFXbench and day before yesterday same phone was spotted on the website of Chinese certification agency TENAA. Coincidentally, the specs of ZTE A2017 (codename) matches with that of ZTE Axon 2, hence many now expect the ZTE A2017 to be launched as the next Axon series smartphone.
