ZenFocus, an asset and service management company, has forayed into tablet market with a new 7 inch tablet called myZenTAB 708B. The entry level tablet comes with a 7 inch capacitive, 5 point touch screen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution.

MyZenTAB 708B has a front camera of 0.3 megapixel camera and an external support of USB mouse and keyboard. It also supports dongle for 3G network access. It has built in WiFi (b/g/n) support. The tablet also has internal storage of 4 GB.

The MyZenTAB 708B is currently available for Rs 5,999 from Snapdeal.com and Carrefour Cash and Carry stores in India. The same promotion is also being made available through distributors and dealers all over India.

Though the company claims that the tablet is meant for business as well as for commoners, the tablet apart from the expandable RAM doesn’t seem to have anything special for even the price being asked for as you get several such tablets from the likes of Micromax and Karbonn. Also, we do not know about the build quality of the tablet and if the company has done something better with that, then only does it make any sense.
