Xolo will soon launch a new quad-core Dual-SIM smartphone, which is named as Q1010. The Xolo Q1010 smartphone is listed at the Flipkart website as coming soon. However, no price or availability has been mentioned in the listing. The Xolo Q1010 is the successor of the Q1000 and its several variants – Q1000s and Q1000 Opus.
Xolo has been known for introducing spin off variants of one base smartphone. Soon the company will introduced Q1010 with 5-inch IPS LCD display packing 1280×720 pixel resolution. We believe this display has been made using the One Glass Solution technology and supports up to five fingers touch at a time. Xolo has packed quad-core 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6582 mobile Chipset and 1 GB RAM in the phone as well. For better graphics, there is Mali 400 MP2 GPU.
Xolo Q1010 has only 4 GB internal storage out of which some will be reserved for the system. There is a Memory card slot to hold up to 32 GB microSD card. This Dual-SIM smartphone support two GSM modules and supports HSPA networks for faster mobile internet.
For imaging, it has an 8 Megapixel rear camera, an LED flash at the back and a front camera. The BSI sensor equipped camera offers features such as HDR, Panorama, Auto Focus, Scene Detection and other imaging modes. The Bluetooth 4.0 offers better connectivity and there is GPS with A-GPS. The smartphone has a Micro USB port and supports USB On-the-Go.
The 8.3 mm thick Xolo Q1010 has a 2250 mAh battery promising about 9 hours of continuous talk time over 3G networks and Standby time of 685 hours.
