Xiaomi has introduced its third Mi Home store in Bengaluru at Orion Mall, Brigade Gateway. The first exclusive Mi store was unveiled in May. Xiaomi Mi Store is basically an exclusive retail store where the company will showcase its vast product portfolio which includes smartphones, accessories, Mi Purifier 2 and more. Users can experience and purchase the latest products through these stores. Further, the store will also showcase product ranges that are not launched in India as well. The company is also planning to open 100 more stores in India in next two years and will set up Mi Home experience zones as well.
Upcoming Mi Home stores will be in other metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. Further, select Mi Home stores will also have an additional zone where fans can experience the larger Xiaomi portfolio.
In another news, the company Xiaomi is said to be working on its next smartphone which is dubbed as Xiaomi Mi 6C. The Mi 6C would be reportedly released in the fourth quarter of the year. The leaked specifications suggest that Xiaomi Mi 6C will feature a double-sided 2.5D curved glass design and the screen ratio of the device is said to be higher than that of the Mi 6. Furthermore, the Xiaomi Mi 6C is also said to feature a dual rear camera setup of 12-megapixel primary camera with Sony IMX386 CMOS sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary camera.
The Xiaomi Mi 6C is also expected to be powered by the Surge S2 Processor which will be a successor to Surge S1 which was launched earlier this year with Xiaomi Mi 5C.
